瑞士少女峰（德語：Jungfrau，4,158公尺)，是同名的山脈斷層中的最高峰,
屬阿爾卑斯山脈部份。斷層中其餘兩峰為艾格峰（Eiger，3,970公尺）及僧侶峰（Mönch，4,107公尺)。

我們從海拔 2,343公尺的曼利申（Männlichen）步行到高2,061公尺的客来雪德 (Kleine Scheidegg)
山口, 一路上是贫瘠的荒草坡和崎岖的岩石峭壁，西边是格林德瓦宽阔的谷底盆地，东边是壮观无比的劳特布鲁嫩山谷,

Männlichen - Kleine Scheidegg (panoramic trail) is a good hour-long
hike for mountain enthusiasts of all ages. From Männlichen to 2,230
metres above sea level, you follow the easy high-altitude trail
southward to Kleine Scheidegg. The triple peaks always in sight, right
and left, the valleys of Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen in perspective,
and beyond that the foothills of the Alps with Lake Thun. Hiking time:
1 hour 20 minutes (jungfrau.ch).

时光飞逝，转眼间已经是十年了。多少韶光，不过弹指一挥间啊！

山川依旧 (除了冰川逐渐消融) , 脚力已非当年。

在客来雪德 (Kleine Scheidegg) 换乘少女峰铁路列车 (Jungfraubahn)，约52分鐘后到达少女峰山坳 (Jungfraujoch)。
